Onsite Interpretation

Onsite interpreting involves a language professional being physically present at a location to facilitate communication between individuals who speak different languages.

Video Interpretation

Video remote interpreting (VRI) allows people to communicate with an interpreter at the same site via videoconferencing.

Your Associated Agency is = The name of your Company

No, as long as you can provide your accounts payable information for invoicing, we will be able to create an account for you and assist with your needs.
Yes, as a part of our service, we make a reminder call to the LEP the day before the appointment, unless stated otherwise.
The sooner you notify us of the cancellation, the better. However, any appointments canceled 2 or more hours before the scheduled start time, will not be billed.
Yes, we do. It’s a 2-hour minimum plus travel time.
In-person appointments within Knox County are billed in quarterly increments after the 1-hour minimum. Virtual appointments have a 30-minute minimum and all phone requests have a 10-minute minimum.
Yes, absolutely. Please call our after-hours line (865-694-8880) and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
At the moment, we do not have an ASL interpreter, however, we are currently looking for someone to accommodate your needs.
We prefer 48 hours notice of all in-person requests. We can accommodate last-minute requests and have been known to work miracles when needed.
