Foreign Language Academy has been helping to bridge the communication gap between native and non-native English speakers in the Knoxville region since 1991. Founder and Executive Director, Jean-Pierre and his wife Barbara are still actively involved with the company today. Jean-Pierre and Barbara started Foreign Language Academy primarily to teach language classes. Quickly they realized that there was also a need for interpretation services, and they felt that they had the means to supply this demand to organizations within the Knoxville community. As that demand has only grown, the company now employs over 50 interpreters, translators, and instructors. We are honored to say that many of our employees have been with the company since its inception, and have build a tremendous rapport with many of our clients.
Today Foreign Language Academy offers three main services to continue to bridge the communication gap:
